• Finds lapsed customers. Anyone whose last order is older than the inactivity window you set, and who has opted in to marketing.
• Sends a gift card. Shopify creates the card and emails it with your store's own “Gift card created” notification, one per customer per cooldown period.
• Expires on your schedule. Set an expiry in days or let cards last forever, then track redemptions and revenue in the Analytics tab.
